one regulation of development in the old days of Smoke Tree was that there had to be at least one lot of untouched undeveloped desert in between each home property. Ah the beautiful old days of PS, when it was truly a beautiful dead quiet desert place to get away...I fear the days when the coachella valley becomes another booming metropolis...
